Jenny Litchford

Jenny Litchford is a Registered Dietitian in the Roanoke area. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise and a minor in Integrative Health and Wellness. She also completed her Dietetic Internship and Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics at Virginia Tech. 

During her time at Virginia Tech, she got experience working with all of the D1 Olympic sports teams in their Nutrition Fueling Station. She also worked closely with the Virginia Tech Football team as a Student Athletic Training Aide and Dietetic Intern.

Every individual has unique needs and lifestyles where nutrition plays a major role. She believes success with nutrition begins with your mindset – and to make nutrition a priority to fuel your life. Food is your fuel! She is excited to be working with N2AthelteX and helping individuals reach their nutritional goals.
