Adult Semi-Private Training

Adult Semi-private training is an awesome and cost effective solution to train and enhance performance. You will receive the personal attention and high energy environment of training with others.

Homeschool Strength & Conditioning

Homeschool strength and conditioning classes are year-round class sessions designed specifically for homeschool students ages 11+ on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am - 12pm. A consult is required, and family plans are available.

Foundations of Strength Training

A training class for beginner athletes ages 8-12 focused on strength, speed and agility, power, core strength, and balance. The goal is to have fun and to create a solid foundation of strength training to advance in the future!
